Welcome to C² Fitness!
My name is Cayla Culberson and I am a AFAA certified personal trainer and have a passion for seeing people live their lives happy and healthy. I am also a Health and Wellness Coach for the YMCA. I want to help my clients stay pro-active about their well-being and help them achieve their fitness goals.
How can I help you meet your fitness goals? By starting at your fitness level and working from there. Whether you're a beginner or want to take your fitness to the next level, I can help you get there!
Most importantly, I can help my clients because I live what I teach.
I was a high school athlete and enjoyed staying active. But like lots of people, I became sedentary once I became an adult. After having my daughter, I knew I had to change my habits. My daughter still remains my biggest inspiration for staying fit and healthy.
I consider myself an endurance athlete, having finished 2 marathons, 4 half-marathons, 10-8-5k distance races, and most recently a duathlon. I train regularly, whether I have an upcoming race or not.
